Shipping

Processing and delivery times vary by product and shipping service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not include processing time.

Allow additional time during holidays, busy periods, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Orders are fulfilled by our international supply partners. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

You'll receive tracking information when it becomes available after dispatch. Tracking may take a few days to show movement. If items ship separately, tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Standard shipping is $3.99 per order, including orders with multiple products. You won't be charged additional shipping if your order arrives in separate packages. Express shipping is not available.

We currently ship only to the United States.

If your order is delayed, tracking has stopped updating, or a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email hello@nacralab.com with your order number. We'll investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier. If your order is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
